Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
My husband couldn't stop raving about the taste of the corned beef. I cooked the potatoes, carrots & cabbage in the broth too and they were expceptional.

Tuna Lime Tostadas
I had never tried tuna on a tostada; this was delicious. Will make it again.
