AMAZING! I used 3 bananas, and added a teaspoon of cinnamon. Everyone LOVED it and said it was the best banana bread/cake they'd ever had! It was gone in a flash. I used the Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site, and it rocked! Thank you for the awesome recipe!

My brother had to make something French for his French class, and the day before his project was due he had nothing! I found this recipe, and while I was making it I desperately hoped it would turn out well. His class ate every bit of this! He has requested this dish from me several times, and I have some chilling right now. Wonderful and simple. Can't ask for more than that.
