Remarkable Fudge

I did not make these correctly but I still give this recipe 5 stars, they tasted amazing. I would say a candy thermometer is very important, I did not realize this and did not get the fudge to the proper consistency. I would still highly recommend this recipe because the fudge tastes amazing.

Mom's Squash Casserole

Excellent! I ended up creating a cream of chicken base instead of using cream of mushroom soup. I also used bread crumbs instead of croutons on top since I did not have any on hand. Still game out great! I will definitely make this again!

Chicken Pot Pie V

This was awesome! It was my first time making homemade pot pie and it turned out great. I did change it a little bit though. I did not use cream of chicken soup, I just added two extra cups of chicken broth and added 3 tablespoons flour and some milk as well. Basically makes the same thing. I also just had the crust on the top for the sake of it being easier. It was awesome and I will definitely make this again!

Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce

I really loved this! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and the chicken was so tender. It just fell apart in your mouth. I thought at first the balsamic may be a bit too heavy but it was great. The caramelized onions and sun dried tomatoes made such a great combination with the balsamic sauce. I am definitely making this again!!

Bisquick® Streusel Coffee Cake

This was good, not great, just good. I think the coffee cake part needs more sugar, tasted a little bland. The topping is very good however. I think I will make this again and maybe just add more sugar.

Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding

Amazing! I used homemade chocolate chip muffins as the bread since I had them laying around. It was a great way to use them! I was afraid it may be too sweet since others had reviewed it as being so but it was perfect. Very decadent! I also used one cup cream and one cup milk instead of just milk. I did have to cook it 20 minutes longer then what the recipe suggested. I will definitely make this again, so good!

Chicken 'n' Biscuits

This was good. I added two chicken bouillen cubes. I thought the biscuits were a tad bit too sweet for my taste. Next time I will not add the 1 tablespoon of sugar. It was good otherwise.

Cake Balls

These were so so decadent! We had some trouble keeping the melted chocolate smooth. Someone else had suggested freezing the balls a little first and that definitely helped. Very yummy!
