This was good but not as great as I thought it was going to be. The glaze is amazing but the cake itself is so so. If I decide to make this again, I think I will not do a yellow cake mix. I also may try and pour the Bailey's over top of the cake as soon as it gets out of the oven? Not sure if that would work but I felt like it could have been more moist and flavorful inside.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This is a very nice coffee cake. The dough was rather thick so it made it harder to separate but other than that it was good. Definitely not best ever but simple and tasty.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Seriously the best shortbread cookies I have ever had. I actually broke my hand mixer as I was making these but they still turned out light and fluffy even by just hand stirring them. Will definitely be making again

Slow Cooker Chicken Marrakesh

I originally gave this 3 stars but I made it again and I think it really deserves 4 stars. I added some hot sauce to the recipe and it really seemed to step it up a notch. It is a great healthy recipe especially if you want to start adding more vegetables in your diet. Very simple as well.

Avocado Feta Salsa

This stuff is sooooooo good! I am in love with it. I even added it to some rice and had it as a meal all by itself. The first time I made it I toasted some French bread brushed in oil and topped each piece with the salsa for guests. I did not have fresh parsley or oregano so I just used dry. This recipe is staying in my recipe box for a long time.

Chicken Jambalaya

This was very good, not exactly sure it tasted like Jambalaya. I think it may need some more spices? But overall, we really enjoyed it and will probably be making it again soon.

Pumpkin Spice Martini

Made these for a Halloween party-they turned out great but I ended up eliminating the spices. My guests decided they did not want the cinnamon or nutmeg. I also found a pumpkin cream liquor at the liquor store.

Honey Ginger Shrimp

I am giving this two stars because 1 tablespoon of red pepper is way too much. I did not add nearly that much and it was too spicy. We normally love spicy food but this was too much even for us. Without that much spice and some added salt, it would be great. I made a soy sauce, honey and ginger sauce on the side.

Basil Shrimp

I may have messed something up but I did not enjoy this at all. I felt like there was too much lemon juice and the white pepper should be omitted. I also only added 2 tablespoons of the dijon mustard. I may try this again but change some things.

This was really good! The only ingredient I did not have was the fish sauce. I also made this with pork instead of chicken. I will definitely be making this again!
