Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder
What a great cold weather soup! Amazing flavor without adding any spice thanks to the combination of the country gravy and processed cheese. Wouldn't change a thing!

Coconut Oatmeal Cookies I
Quite possibly the best oatmeal cookies I've ever made! I added craisins and an extra cup of oats as suggested by a previous review. Excellent recipe.

Pumpkin Roll II
This was my first attempt at a rolled dessert...easy and delicious. I wouldn't change a thing and plan to make this often.
