This is a great recipe! The second time I made it I sauteed the onions with some sliced mushrooms and added peas to the mixture. I also mix a bit of cheese in while stirring the ingredients together, then add more on top. My boyfriend said it was the best tuna noodle casserole he's ever had!

I've made these several times and they are always a hit. My family now requests them for special occasions (ex: this Thanksgiving). They are a bit messy and a little time consuming, but they are definitely worth it. As we are big cheese fans, I almost double the shredded cheese in the mixture to make them gooyier to bite into. A great vegetarian appetizer.

This recipe was great. Very easy and delicious. The only change I did was use fresh dill. Just make sure you buy large stuffing mushrooms, as it yields a lot of filling. Excellent.
