American Girl's Peach Cobbler
This was very good, definitely a great "light" dessert. I did add cinnamon and a tiny bit of nutmeg for extra flavor. I think the vanilla suggestion is good, I might try that next time.

Mochiko Chicken
The flavor was a little strong for me. I think next time I won't marinade overnight. But I'd definitely make it again.
