Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta
I make this recipe twice a week when asparagas is in season! It is so yummy and my husband loves it too! I omitt the chicken to make it vegetarian!

Vegan Brownies
I've made a few vegan brownies so far since becoming a vegan and these were fantastic! I baked them a couple of minutes longer and they werent gooey but had a very moist slightly crumbly texture. Very choclatey and addictive. I can end my search for vegan brownies!
