Unbelievable Chicken

This is wonderful, and uses ingredients I have on hand. The chicken was moist and crispy on the outside. I used thighs and it was great.

Pasta Pomodoro

MY Italian mother-in-law said she would eat this everyday! I followed the recipe and added shrimp. My goodness this was so good.
