I'm not really into real fancy sit-down dinners and such, I prefer casual buffet style meals. Besides, I don't have the nice dishes and things to put out. If we can use paper plates, then all the better. It's much more fun for me to enjoy everyone's company if I'm not worrying about setting the "proper" table with matching stemware and dishes. Mexican food, meatloaf, spaghetti, anything that is easy and doesn't take alot of time and is not too involved. anything still edible after I'm finished making it. anything involving dough.
