Spaghetti Sauce II
I have been searching for an outstanding spaghetti sauce for 20 odd years and this is IT! Absolutely delicious. I made it in my crockpot with the following changes: omitted the red pepper flakes, used just one six ounce can of tomato paste and browned the Italian sausage. Cooked on high for 5 hours. So good!

Slow-Cooked Chili
Definitely better the second day. Mine was a bit watery for my taste on the first day, next time I think I'll drain the tomatoes.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This is probably the best pumpkin bread I've ever had. The ginger and the cloves are really a nice addition. I cut the recipe in half and baked in a 9 X 3" loaf pan for 60 minutes.
