Took this to my husband's office today for their Thanksgiving dinner. Had several requests for recipes. Everyone thought it was great!

I added 1/2 pkg of dry onion soup mix and 1 pkg of savory herb and garlic dry soup mix. I added potatoes instead of pasta and used canned veggies instead of frozen. I also used a left over roast, cut into cubes instead of hamburger. After tasting while cooking, I added a little minced onion and garlic salt. It still needed a little zip when I served it, so I'll add something extra next time. But I will make this again. It makes quite a bit, so lunches will be ready for next week.
