Ground Beef Yorkshire
Just made this for the first time (and probably the last) for dinner tonight. I increased the onion and celery and added some Montreal Steak Seasonings to the ground beef mixture. The taste wasn't too bad but the texture was awful. The topping did not rise "tall" like the recipe said. It sank into the meat and made it kind of quiche like. BTW, I dind't open the oven door while it was cooking so that wasn't the problem. Not worth the effort or ingredients.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Love Brussels sprouts so I was intrigued by this recipe. I only cooked mine for 30 minutes and they were a tad over done. But still excellent. They tasted sort of salty, sweet, and caramelized all at the same time.

Potato Salmon Patties
Just made these for dinner tonight. I followed the recipe exactly except for the dill weed. We don't like it so subbed about 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper. Turned out great. Served the patties with the lemon sauce for salmon recipe, it's good too. An economical, easy and nutritious meal.
