Jo's Rosemary Bread
This was good and really easy to make in the bread machine. I didn't have fresh rosemary on hand so I used dried. I think it would be better with fresh. We dipped ours in garlic infused olive oil.

Microwave Popcorn
I love being able to make popcorn in the microwave without the chemicals found in the store bought stuff. My Orville Redenbacher microwave popper (I think made by Presto?) does a better job in leaving fewer unpopped kernels, but this is good too and easy clean up. I used a little olive oil and salt on mine.

Baked Chicken Nuggets
I made this for my son's birthday dinner and it was well received by both my children and a visiting friend. Much healthier than the fried version and I like using chicken breast instead of processed chicken pieces! I did leave out the extra herbs as my son has an aversion to too many "green things" in his food and subbed garlic salt for regular salt. I dipped in beaten eggs instead of butter. I baked on the cookie cooling rack and they came out nice and crisp. Next time I will try to broil for a few minutes at the end to get them a little more brown.
