My cooking tragedies
The inedible lemon chicken I made a few years ago. The lemon was so overpowering we couldn't even eat it. :(

Sloppy Joes II
This is very simple to make, which is great for a weeknight. The taste is tangy and sweet. Not bad!

Refried Beans Without the Refry
I couldn't believe it, but these actually did taste like the real thing! The best part is that it couldn't be any easier to make. I got many compliments on this dish.

Pasta with Greens N Beans
This was ok for a weeknight meal. I thought it was a little bland though. I used veggie sausage, so maybe that's why.
