Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

Not that impressed... I picked this because it had such great reviews. I also liked the fact I could prepare it the day before, but once we baked them they were more like biscuits than they were puffy cinnamon buns. I think the cinnamon spread could have had a little more gooey-ness to it too. The glaze was ok... but again... I had to add more cream to get the glaze to drizzle over the buns. Over all it's an ok recipe.

Blue Cheese Dip I

Pretty good stuff! Do not overcook!! Mine was dried out as a result of trying to do 100 things at the same time. I used turkey bacon and left the nuts off. I'm definitely going to try it again. Multiple people asked for the recipe, so I always use that as a judge of how it goes over (along with the cleaned out dish!)!

Flounder Mediterranean

This recipe was amazing. I didn't have fresh tomatoes on hand so I used canned. The left over sauce was added to spaghetti the next day! Yummy!

Golden Potato Soup

Super recipe and super easy to make!I made a few changes:*  I used my left over baby potatoes from Christmas.  I boiled and seasoned with butter, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.*  I used 1/2 the amt of cheese (starting on my New Year's Resolution).*  I sautéed the veggies first.*  I garnished with turkey bacon.

Beer Chops I

We didn't care for this recipe. I gave it one star because it did smell very good and the suggestion to make gravy with the cream of mushroom (I used chicken) made it better.
