Talerine
I gave it a five because I adjusted it from the original with the guidance from other reviewers. I did cook the noodles ahead of time to save the broth; added a layer of sliced green olives under the cheese, which I doubled to two cups and I used canned whole kernel as I didn't have frozen. It turned out really scrumptious on the first day and increasingly so every day thereafter. A real keeper. Thanx, Dawn...

Tzatziki Sauce
This would rate a 5 star if it had more body to it. It was runny, but the taste was outrageously good. Not only was it great on a cucumber salad, but I tried it as a sauce on Serbian Sevapcici and it was outstanding. Next time I'll try it as a pita bread dip.

Serbian Cevapcici
This was THE BEST!!! Served w/ potato pancakes and a salad. Also for a topper on both the meat AND salad I used Tzatziki sauce from this site. Simply scrumptious.Thanx for the unique recipe AmericanBrunette. It's in my permanent file now.
