I used walnuts, and splenda instead of sugar...Also, Imperial Lite Margarine.... I then topped each serving with Lite Cool Whip. Delicious.

Photography Notes: I took the photo while the cake was fresh from the oven. I wrapped it in seran wrap and kept it in the fridge. It was even more delicious cold. Great for the holidays.
