About this Cook
Just had my first baby. :) I love cooking new things for my husband, and will be looking for baby friendly recipes soon.

I love to cook anything! I'll try almost any recipe once. :) I'm a fan of seafood and authentic mexican recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making pepperoni bread for the holidays!
My cooking triumphs
Slowly becoming known as a great cook both with my friends and my family.
My cooking tragedies
Beef Stew. When my husband and I first moved in together I tried to make this, failed miserably, and have never tried to make beef stew again.

Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Sage Sauce
This was good.. The pumpkin was a little strong, not as smooth as I thought. Could not taste the sage, and it seems like the proportions are off. Use your gut and adjust as needed with this one. I sauteed some scallops in olive oil and white wine to go with this.

Pasta Lasagna
Pretty tasty. At the end of the day, this is just another mostaccioli dish to me, with a twist. I would make it again tho.

Christmas Punch
This was terrific! I was worried it might be too strong, but the combination was just right. This is a keeper for all occasions requiring punch! :)
