Carrot Cake III
I made this cake for a family birthday celebration. I did change a few things however, I cut down on the oil as others had suggested and I made a cream cheese icing. It was a hit! It was moist and not too sweet! I definately will be making this again!!

Million Dollar Cake
I made this cake for our Thanksgiving office party. It was a huge success! I didn't make it in 4 layers though. I use a 10x13 pan and just split the cake into two layers! It was gone in a flash at the party! Several people asked me for the recipe! The only suggestion I would have would be to drain some of the liquid from the pineapple, I found the icing to be a bit runny! I will be making this for Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I'm sure they will gobble it up!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I
I made this last night for a party at my job. I found it to be very easy to put together and the ingredients were readily available. I did make a few changes, I kept the basic recipe but added some freshly ground nutmeg to the peach mixture, as well as I put some butter pieces in the mixture, and I sprinkled the top with cinnamon and some brown sugar. It was delish!! It's a good recipe if you don't want to spend time in the kitchen and make something that will wow the crowd!
