Banana Banana Bread
Wow!!! My banana bread turned out so nice and moist. I did almost everything the recipe called for but substituted the butter with Banana flavored tofu dessert and added 1 cup chocolate chips. The whole family and my cousins loved it. You would never know there was even any tofu in it.

Thai Green Curry Chicken
Excellent recipe!!! I followed it to the T. The only thing I did was tone down the spice for my kids by adding a bit of cream which made it even much creamier.
