Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
just what I was looking for. Everyone loved it, the only problem was that I didn't make enough! my 2 kids wanted more. The second time I went to make it, I was out of potato flakes so I used italian bread crumbs instead and threw in some adobo and paprika~it was still delicious. Thanks for such a wonderful and versatile recipe.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
so, so, so GOOD! I altered the servings to 11 so that I used 2 bananas then made 1 loaf. I baked just as stated and it was just right. thanks, this is a keeper!

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake
this was absolutely wonderful! I accidently added double the wine so i let it reduce and added another 1/4 cup of water. It came out so good, my 5 year old loved it! I would like to try to put it as a filling for a meat pie or tarts for the holidays. I can't wait to share thi with my extended family! Thanks so much!!!
