Coconut Cream Pie

I didn't change a thing. Loved this pie! Easy to make and filled a deep dish pie plate. Great taste too.

Quinoa and Black Beans

We love this dish. I only do one can of black beans and usually saute some red or green bell pepper with the onions and garlic.
