Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

I was very disappointed in this recipe. The cookies tasted ok but they looked horrible. The spread way too much and after cooling were flat as a pancake. Sorry but I will not be trying this one again.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This was fantastic. Made as directed using 1 4lb bird and baking at 250 for 4hrs. I didn't have time to marinate it in the seasonings, rubbed it on the skin under the skin and in the cavity with onion and garlic put a couple of pats of butter under the skin, and there was still plenty of flavor. Made a gravy with the drippings, chicken broth and cornstarch. Served with collard greens and wild rice. Fantastic light dinner that didn't leave me felling guilty. Thanks

Turkey Goulash

Great weekday meal. Used beef instead of turkey and elbow for the bowties. Also doubled the tomato sauce was a bit too dry without it.

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs

Excellent! Let them sit in the fridge overnight with the rub then baked them at 350 for 3 hours. Slathered with sweet baby ray's and grilled for about 15 minutes were so tender they were falling off the bone. Have made twice in the last month and I am sure to make them again in the very near future.

Fantastic! Only used 6 tbsp butter but think I will cut it down to 4 next time. Used one pan cooking the chicken first then the mushrooms added about 2 cloves of garlic with them, then added the soups and cream. Will definitely be making again and soon

5 stars strictly based on the fact that the 4 kids ate it and there were NO complaints. Only changes were to use taco seasoning and taco sauce for the salsa. Thanks so much Jimmy!

Great starting point! As other reviewers I made a simple syrup instead of just the sugar. I also just made a huge pitcher used more rum and less soda. Delicious on a hot day.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

This was great! I too coated the chicken with flour used more ginger and garlic than called for and omitted the hot sauce because my boyfriend has sissy taste. *Edit* Forgot to add that I use reduced sodium soy sauce as I think regular would be too salty.

Ann's Shrimp Etouffee

We didn't care for this at all. I couldn't even conovince thte kids to eat the shrimp out of it and thats very rare. However with the addition of some soy sauce rice vinegar, sesame oil and soome peas and carrots it made an edible stirfry.

Nobody in the famiky really cared for these. The kids ate them because they were lke cookies but requested that they not be made again. Sorry.
