This recipe tasted good, but didn't quite turn out. In light of the other reviews that said it turned out watery, I used only under a 1/4 cup of water, but it still was an "apple mess". The topping turned out fine, but I think I would double the amount for sure. I think I would give this another shot, maybe this time with apple pie filling, (no water) and doubling the topping crust.

Yum! I made these for my boyfriend's Mexican themed party, and got rave reviews. I didn't add the water or the tomato sauce, just used extra enchilada sauce, and they still turned out great. Thanks!

These were great!!! I made them for my boyfriend's Mexican themed birthday party, and everyone loved them. Easy and quick, too. I'll be making these again for sure!
