Pico De Gallo
A good basic recipe. I changed most of the amounts though. I used half a large onion, two tomatoes, a large handful of cilantro, omitted the green onion, and two cloves of fresh garlic in place of the garlic powder. Also I added lime juice, red wine vinegar, a little oil, and fresh ground sea salt and pepper to taste. It was good enough to eat some right away but I'm looking forward to tomorrow!
