This is THE best Peanut Butter cookie recipe!!! I did as other suggested and used an extra 1/2 cup of peanut butter & 1/2 cup extra of flour, plus 1 tsp vanilla. SO good... TOO good... I can't stop eating them, and I usually have enough after one cookie. Will definitely make these again... my kids, husband and daycare kids all enjoyed these. Thank you for an amazing recipe!

WOW! The taste was WONDERFUL. Although I yook some others advice and reduced the sugar to 1 cup. Also also I placed a layer of bananas under the whip cream and used strawberries on top. Then I drizzled some chocolate syrup on top of everything. It looked wonderful! Was VERY easy to make! However, when I cut it into slices to serve, I was extremely disappointed that it was stuck to the parchment paper. It broke apart trying to pry it off the parchment, and looked like a gloopy mess on the serving plates. Does anyone have an idea why it stuck to the parchment?

After reading the reviews I figured I would try this recipe. I put the filling into 2 pie shells. Had to bake the pies for an extra 15 minutes so that they would set. When I finally tried a piece.. I was VERY disappointed. I found that the pie had very little flavour. I will definitely stick to a more traditional pie. This was not worth using 2 cups of half and half cream which can be very costly where I live.
