Pepperidge Farm® Beef Wellington

I've made this before, either whole or individual beef wellingtons from tenderloin steaks. I'm just wondering who has a circle of friends/family in which 2 lbs. of tenderloin feeds 10? Wouldn't happen in my house!

Chili I

Excellent chili. I used two rather than four peppers (they were around 7" long), but otherwise followed the recipe. Lots of ingredients, but easy to make. Put half in the freezer for another day.

Blueberry Pound Cake

A similar recipe appeared in the NYTimes magazine a gazillion years ago, and I used to make it often. It feel out of my repertoire and I was glad to be reminded if it and make it again.

Great recipe, however the recipe would not serve 12 people in my family. Twelve enchiladas for 12 people??? This is a great recipe for 4 people.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Excellent. I was suspicious because there was no leavening agent...but it was wonderful. Not overly sweet...does not require either ice cream or whipped cream.
