I'm a happily married mother of four. Living in Florida I enjoy many outside activities including the theme parks in Orlando. I love to bake Christmas cookies because it puts me in the holiday spirit. I also enjoy different grilling ideas. Coming from and marrying into an Irish family stews, meat and potatoes are my traditions. Chili and jambalya over a campfire. Our camping neighbors always visit with bowls in hand when cooking over an open fire. I cannot make rolls or breadsticks from dough. As a matter of fact, I'm not successful with any receipe requiring working with dough. My dinner rolls are just plain ugly!
