Baked Sesame Chicken
This turned out alright, but not great. I found this to be quite bland. There definitly wasn't enough liquid to baste the chicken with. I added about 3/4 C of chicken broth to the pan in the middle of cooking when I realized it was going to burn to the bottom. Doing this made a nice sauce to serve over the chicken.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
I can't say enough about this recipe!! I used 1 sweet red apple and 1 tart green apple, I didn't have any raspberries so I used a mango as suggested in earlier posts, and used feild berry preserves. I made this for a party and everybody raved about it and left with the recipe!

Pisang Goreng (Indonesian Banana Fritters)
Really good!! I didn't have the vanilla powder or rum flavouring, but added cinnamon instead. Everybody loved these! Thanks for the recipe.
