Wonton Wrappers

Mall Pretzels

Hmmm..These didn't taste like pretzels, the dough didn't have the consistancy of a pretzel. It tasted more like breadsticks. It wasn't hard to make, I'm just a little disappointed because I was excited to make these and they didn't turn out well for me.

Sweet and Sour Pork III

I've been searching high and low for a great sweet and sour pork recipe and this is it. The only thing about this is the amount of sugar. GO EASY ON SUGAR, SUGAR TO TASTE. Unless you like it overly sweet. The pineapple juice is already sweet. I put less than the amount asked for. Great dish!

Soft Sandwich Buns

This is very good sandwich buns. The only thing is, it is slightly sweet. Almost like those asian buns you find at the asian cafes. I wouldn't use these for burgers because of the sweetness. This would be great if you wrapped a hotdog and baked it for the kids!

This was good, I use hot italian sausage rather than ground beef. It requires less draining of the meat, gave the lasagna a little kick.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

This was amazing. It was easy and absolutely delicious. I shaped the dough into clusters and it is great with soup because you just pull the bread apart. This bread is also very similar to "Garden Herb Loaf" also on allrecipes. This is more herby and will become a staple at our house.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

This is great, my 19 month old son gobbled it up! I mixed all the stuff together and let it sit 20 minutes at room temperature to allow the baking soda and powder to work. Nice Fluffy Pancakes!
