Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

First time making this coconut pie, and it turned out smoothy-licious. It will turn coconut haters into lovers. Took it to a church function and it was gone.

Cake Balls

This was so good. When I brought this to a meeting, all I could hear were the "ooh" and "ahhs". You will definitely get people wanting to know what is in it. It is a sweet surprise. Women will love and hate you at the same time. Love for the deliciousness and hate for extra love handles that comes with consuming these!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This is excellent. The meat was so tender it was a breeze to shred them. Use Boston Butt meat, cheaper and original meat for pulled pork sandwich. I use BOURBON WHISKEY BBQ SAUCE from this site, it is wonderful.

Newport Clam Chowder

This is thee best clam chowder on this site. However, I recommend not substituting fresh clams for cans (including juice). I used cans and we couldn't even taste the clam flavor. Definitely will use fresh clams next time. It has the right texture and consistency. Superb.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

This was pretty good, instead of 'bay leaf' use curry leaves if you can find them, they have them at authentic asian markets. This will give the dish a more indian aroma. Also, I couldn't find 'ginger garlic paste', I used ginger and garlic powder.

This turned out great, served this with indian chicken. Do not grill this on 'high' on outdoor propane gas grill. I charred several. Instead use medium heat. I guess high heat for those who grill it on stovetop.

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce

This was good, this was a fussy recipe, I didn't think it was exceptionally good. I used Red Snapper fish. I couldn't find 'japanese basil', I used thai basil, wonder if it made a difference. Served this with japanese sushi rice and mashed asian butternut.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

This was yummy. It had a lot of flavor, however, my meat turned out very dry, prehaps you should cover the flanks with foil during baking.
