Colleen's Potato Crescent Rolls

These rolls were amazing, very delicious. I didn't form them into crescent shapes because it was so sticky to work with, I just roll them into balls and rise and bake it as directed.

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge

This taste really good, I accidently put in a 1/3 c. of margarine than the 2 tbsp that was asked for! It turned out fine, I didn't have a bread machine, so I did it the old fashioned way. I baked it at 400 for 16 minutes.

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Very good, this tasted great with bread, served this with homemade jalapeno corn lava bread from another site. Added onion powder for more flavor. The recipe didn't call for the items to be drained, I drained them thinking that it will be too much liquid if I didn't.

Scott's Buffalo Wing Sauce

This is good buffalo wings...for people who don't like 'spicy' or for kids. My kids devoured these, but definitely not for buffalo wings lovers....there's no kick!

Chicken Spaghetti II

This was great. This makes a lot of spaghetti, I used the whole pound of velveeta. We only ate about 2/3 of the entire dish! Very rich.

Creamed Spinach II

We used fresh spinach, cooked it with a little butter until it wilted. This is the first creamed spinach we had, although the spinach itself was tasty, the cream of mushroom overpowered it. It was 'okay'.

Pumpkin Cookies V

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I made this for sunday's dinner and my husband loved it. Just threw everything in the crock pot for 5-6 hours and I added a little sour cream about 3 Tbsps to thinned it out. Served it over egg noodles. Delish!

Amish White Bread

This bread is easy to make, the sugar doesn't add that much sweetness to the bread. Overall everything just balance out. Great bread recipe, will turn them into dinner rolls next time.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

This was delicious, I will have to double the sauce next time. I added chopped broccoli, omitted the green onions and added bell pepper instead. A refreshing taste compared to the traditional pizza. Highly recommend "garden herb loaf" recipe on here as the crust. Great combo! Just halve the dough recipe.

BBQ Bacon Ranch Dip

This is a good tasting dip, I didn't use two package of cream cheese but opt for 1 pack of cream cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. mayo. Blend these all together so that it would be more 'scoopable'. Tasted great with frito's scoops.

Banana Cake VI

This is truly the ultimate banana cake. I had to bake this an extra half hour extra because I was using a glass 9x13 dish. ALso, ran out of buttermilk, so I substitute milk and lemon mixture instead -- worked out fine. The frosting is just right. Followed the recipe to the "T" and it turn out marvelous! Holds up well.

Beefy Baked Ravioli

This was definitely a fast meal to make when you are short on time or just plain lazy to think. I found the flavors to be like any casserole that uses pre-made items -- 'just okay'. A ho-hum recipe.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

This was excellent. I made my own broth using leftover bones of ham and fat, added celery, carrot, and onions. Simmer for about 3 hours. This is a great make ahead soup, I let it sit in the crock pot until dinner. Served this with homemade yeast rolls. Delish!

Coconut Cream Cake I

With all the glowing reviews, I made this cake...I wasn't too impress with the final result. It tasted ordinary. I also used 'cool whipped frosting' for the final touch. I suggest letting it sit at room temp for 1 to 2 days...I think refrigeration ruined the taste.
