I started cooking, baking and making candies with my mother and my grandma. We baked every Christmas. Through out the years we would make different types of foods such as Chinese, or Mexican. I think that this provided me my love of cooking. Candies at the holidays. Cookies and baking. I love to make homemade soft shell tacos. They are a favorite in my house. Getting the girls together (mom,daughters,grandaughters) together to bake all day at christmas time. This past christmas was my first year making chocolate truffles and they turned out beautifully. I tried to make cream puffs and they turned out to be cream flops.
