Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

What a great recipe. Very simple but comes out like you really put alot of time into it. The balsamic vinegar creates such a lovely sauce that blended perfectly with the mashed potatoes. This will be added to the lineup!

Ranch Burgers

Couldn't agree that these were good. They tasted like meatloafs on a hamburger roll. Burgers should not have egg and bread crumbs in them. Will delete this one from the recipe box

Unbelievable Grilled Garlic Bread

The spread was delicious but I thought it turned out a little too soggy. I ended up broiling it to crisp it up. The leftover spread was very good on a boboli pizza shell topped with roma tomatoes and spinach.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Very simple and delish! I used a nice strong ale and it gave it added a good robust flavor to the sauce. I thickened the gravy a bit also, and added a slice of provolone on a kaiser roll. This will become a classic in our house.
