I love to eat and cook and eat. My cooking really depends on my mood. I try to keep things as simple as possible because I'm still an amateur in cooking. But one thing about me, I don't measure my ingredients. Normally its just by feel. So if you see my recipes out here, I'm just making some rough gauges (which I'm pretty bad at). Please don't blame me if I give out incorrect measurements. I tried. Cheers!

Blueberry Muffins II
it's one of the tastiest muffins i've made. more moist than other muffins i've seen. and the taste is just right! my niece says its better than those sold outside. well, being an amateur cook i'm quite flattered. the only downside i have was, that it didn't rise. maybe my soda was not fresh anymore? but i bought it a mth back and its cap is sealable.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
wonderfully tasty! really easy to make and nice! but i only put in 2 1/3 cup of powdered sugar. don't really like my cream to be too sweet.

Barbadian Plain Cake
fantastic taste! it was my first time baking it. and its so easy! except for the fact tt i was vigorously mixing the batter. made it as the base for my peach shortcake
