Bierocks (German Meat Turnovers)
I should have read the other reviews before I made these. Followed the recipe and they were blah. Didn't use caraway seeds. Used frozen dinner rolls, they were easy to roll out. May try again with some suggestions from others. Thanks

Apple Crisp II
Oh my! This was probably the best apple crisp I've ever had. I halved it, used Gala apples and sprinkled some nutmeg over the apples. I kept eating small spoonfuls of it, and didn't want any supperl. Thanks for the post.

Simply Marinated Mushrooms
These were wonderful, but had way too much parsley. I marinated them overnight, then made a new batch of marinate, leaving out the parsley and lightly rinsed the mushrooms to get rid of some of the parsley. Family loved them. Would make again but with just a sprinkling of parsley.
