Five Minute Ice Cream
OHHHH MYYYYY GOODNESS!! This is absolutely delicious! I used a 16 oz bag of frozen unsweetened peaches, subbed Splenda for the sugar and fat free half & half for the cream! I froze it for 90 mins., I think the half & half made it a little softer than the heavy cream would have. These alterations make it a very low cal/fat recipe with wonderful rich results. My sons were amazed & asked me to make it again tomorrow. Thank you soooo much!!!
