It's Chili by George!!
This is by far the beat chili I have ever made. Following some of the other comments, I substituted the tomato juice with a 29oz can of crushed tomatoes and 15oz can of tomatoe sauce. I did up the chili powder to 1/3 cup as well. This is a great, and easy, meal to cook in the slow cooker (which I did). Awesome Chili!

Asiago Toasted Cheese Puffs
This was a hit at a wine tasting party. I agree with some of the reviews that this recipe does not make 12 servings. I tripled the recipe and had some cheese spread left over for a large french baguette.

Won Ton Wrapper Appetizers
Made this for a tailgate and they were gone in no time. Substituted 1/2 tsp red pepper for the black olives and that gave it a little "kick" (adjust to your tastes). Also prepared in mini-muffin pans. Brown the sausage first as other indicate and you will have an appetizer that will be gone in no time!
