Simple Slow Cooker Meatloaf
Very good and flavorful. I changed it up a bit, basically halved it. 1 lb ground lamb, the entire envelope of italian herb soup mix, 1/2 cup curry ketchup, 1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup finely chopped onions. Its a new family favorite and my husband and son are picky eaters.

Banana Pancakes I
Absolutely, hands down the best pancakes I have ever tasted!!! I added about 1/2 cup walnuts too. These pancakes taste like banana bread, they are sooo good!

Creamy Veggie Fondue
This fondue was fantastic! Nice and spicy; cheesy as it should be. Everyone at my holiday party loved it!
