Turkey Potato Casserole
This is an outstanding dish!I subbed frozen corn and peas for the green beans but left everything in the recipe as is.Fantastic!

Blueberry Pie
I did not use this crust recipe,I just made the filling with my own homemade crust.It is excellent!I used 5 tbsp of cornstarch and it was the perfect amount.The blueberry filling is firm and not runny at all.I forgot to dot the berries with the butter and it still turned out great.

Coconut Almond Cookies
These cookies are fantastic!So buttery and soft,absolutely delicious!I added a little more coconut than called for and I also added a few chocolate chips.These made quite a few,will definately make these again!!Thanks for posting this recipe!
