I don't really have any one favorite thing to cook. I like to experiment with recipes and make things up as I go. It's really not a family tradition. However, I always have Thanksgiving at my house and those who aren't able to make it to their family are more than welcomed at my table. The menu is never traditional except for oyster stuffing & crab dip. I started this when I was in the military and I realized that there were a good many of us spending Thanksgiving without family. We would get together and eat a wonderful meal and watch Football afterwards.
