Fabulous! Easy, tasted awesome! First I've ever made corn bread, and it was so, so good, even my daughter (who never eats anything) was eating it! I used 2 & 1/3 c of corn flour and 1 c of flour-- no cornmeal and it was perfect.

Sausage Egg Muffins

I made these pretty much as stated, except I used eggbeaters + two eggs. They were fabulous! Who would have thought that something so easy would be so good! My 21 month old gobbled them up!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

I have made quite a few cinnamon rolls from this site, and these ones were good, but not the best. I see no one else has mentioned this, so perhaps it's my oven, but I baked these for 20 minutes and they were a little dry, and I didn't think there was enough filling. Also, took me closer to 2 hours to make them. Overall good, though.

One Bowl Brownies

These brownies are fantastic. I have made plenty of different brownie recipes and this is by far the absolute best. Like others, I had to use cocoa powder and oil. And I didn't have any nuts, so I threw in some swirled chocolate chips. These brownies are simply amazing. I may have undercooked them just a bit, but it's better to undercook than overcook! 2 thumbs up from me!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

The flavor is good, but the consistency is way too thin for me-- it came out more like a glaze than a frosting as the recipe is. I added powdered sugar (not sure how much) until the consistency was thicker, and have it in the fridge now, hoping it thickens up while I wait for the cake to bake and cool.

Egg Salad Sandwiches

Absolutely delicious! I did modify it in that I used 1/2 Mayo and 1/2 Miracle Whip and I made a larger batch so I had to modify that amounts. And instead of dried onion flakes, I used onion powder. This is wonderful!
