These brownies are fantastic. I have made plenty of different brownie recipes and this is by far the absolute best. Like others, I had to use cocoa powder and oil. And I didn't have any nuts, so I threw in some swirled chocolate chips. These brownies are simply amazing. I may have undercooked them just a bit, but it's better to undercook than overcook! 2 thumbs up from me!

The flavor is good, but the consistency is way too thin for me-- it came out more like a glaze than a frosting as the recipe is. I added powdered sugar (not sure how much) until the consistency was thicker, and have it in the fridge now, hoping it thickens up while I wait for the cake to bake and cool.
