Brownie Tarts
this recipe's pretty good! but there'd be a couple of changes i'd make firstly i'd bake the tarts in the oven for about 15 mins before filling it with the chocolate mixture secondly, i added vanilla essence thirdl, fill the tart shells up to only 3/4 full. the filling tends to rise the tart pastry tasted good without addition of sugar. The chocolate fudge is sweet enough.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
this is SO SO GOOd. i used 1/2 cup pistachios and 1/2 cup almond flakes. i was craving for fruit and nut biscotti and this was FANTASTIC!! its nicer than those that i bought at the bakery! when i baked it the second time it took almost 30 mins though. and i cut it into thin slices instead of 3/4 inch slices.
