This recipe was delicious! Made it for my boyfriend and we both loved it. I took the suggestions from other members and added 1 can of black beans while cooking the ground beef. Then I added a can of rotel, a can of green chilis, a can of mexicorn, and 1 packet of mild taco seasoning to the mixture. Will definately make again.

The only thing I did differently was add 3 chopped garlic cloves to the butter and olive oil and also added a little bit more mushrooms. The recipe was excellent and my guests raved over it. I served it with mashed potatoes.
