Jambalaya II
Amazingly good. We didn't use chicken, but did use chicken stock at the liquid, and put about a pound of shrimp in at the end. We also added shiracha sauce. We loved it.

Chai Tea Mix
Surprisingly good! I blended everything together in the food processor, and it came out great, not at all grainy like the mixes you buy in the store.

Bacon and Potato Soup
Excellent. Pureed about 2/3 of the soup after cooking to thicken it up, and topped with chives and sour cream. A definite keeper.
