Mom's Fabulous Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust
Very easy and delicious. I added a couple tablespoons of Sherry for a little added depth of flavor.

Exchange Gang Pasta with Shrimp
I used the exact ingredient, but made minor alterations to the directions so I wouldn't risk overcooking the shrimp. I think that a red bell pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes would work with this.

Baked Spaghetti
Really Good! I modified the recipe a bit to be pretty much my lasagne recipe but built according to the stated directions and with spaghetti. It was a lot easier than dealing with lasagne noodles and all that layering. I did not use the foil.
