I am a busy mother to 4 beautiful children! The best place to find out all about me would be to read my blog!! My favourite things to cook are the things that I know my family love! I love cooking and baking and am often asked to bake my speciality Banoffee Pavlova (recipe is published on this site!!) by freinds, relatives and even strangers!! Each Christmas I make a gingerbread house for ourselves and the children love decorating it with me. I also make one for my kids school and they raffle it at the annual Christmas bake sale, this one I make completely as it has to look perfect, you should see the kids faces light up when I bring it in every year! I love everything aboout Christmas and love making the traditional Turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Cooking on a camping gas stove in the middle of a campsite for 85 hungry adults for 4 days!! 15 years ago not fully cooking a raost of pork on the very first time I was making Dinner for my then boyfriends parents!! (They are my in-laws now!!)
