About this Cook
I am a busy mother to 4 beautiful children! The best place to find out all about me would be to read my blog!!
My favorite things to cook
My favourite things to cook are the things that I know my family love! I love cooking and baking and am often asked to bake my speciality Banoffee Pavlova (recipe is published on this site!!) by freinds, relatives and even strangers!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Each Christmas I make a gingerbread house for ourselves and the children love decorating it with me. I also make one for my kids school and they raffle it at the annual Christmas bake sale, this one I make completely as it has to look perfect, you should see the kids faces light up when I bring it in every year! I love everything aboout Christmas and love making the traditional Turkey dinner with all the trimmings.
My cooking triumphs
Cooking on a camping gas stove in the middle of a campsite for 85 hungry adults for 4 days!!
My cooking tragedies
15 years ago not fully cooking a raost of pork on the very first time I was making Dinner for my then boyfriends parents!! (They are my in-laws now!!)

Clone of a Cinnabon
I cant believe how easy these ended up being to make!! I had a HUGE fear of Yeast and backed away from this recipe for way too long! Now the only problem is my family are looking for them all the time!!
