I am 28 and work away 3 weeks out of 4, when I am home I love spending time with my partner in the kitchen, hes a wizard and time with my dog, shes the best critic to have, she never turns her nose up! Anything that is tricky and takes planning, because its so rewarding when it turns out well. I've mostly cooked Asian food, but I try to be creative and inventive, not always successfully! Would have to be Xmas Day, helping Mum in the kitchen, seeing all her planning, hardwork and cooking expertise turn out an amazing Xmas Feast. Throwing a 5 course, Indian Dinner Party for 10 people, everything was from authentic recipes, made from scratch - even the Naan Bread. I still get compliments on it 2 years later! The first time I had my girlfriends over for dinner, I don't know what happened to the stir fry but it was so awful they could even pretend to enjoy it!!
