My names trish and i've loved to cook since i was very little with my dad. Cooking runs in my family my aunt owns a mexican restaurant and my dad went to the Culinary Institute of America. I attended the California Culinary Academy a section of the Le Cordon Bleu Program for baking and pastry.

desserts! I love cooking desserts chocolate, brownies, cookies, cheesecake , cupcakes i love to make little cupcakes and decorate them

I made a wedding cake for my final in culinary school, and i successfully dipped 200 truffles and successfully tempered chocolate
My cooking tragedies
one of my cakes came out too dry and i had to remake it , it was soo frustrating but you have to know with cooking practice makes perfect and you learn from your mistakes
